Names he hasn't outright vetoed (or hasn't heard yet):
Stella, Inarra, River, Summer, Liberty/Libby

He wants her to have a strong/fierce name. Her grandma (his dog Sophie) is very bossy and energetic.

Then get scottish, irish, celtic, viking, norse, onward.... Of course there are fierce female warrior names as well besides Xena. You have Greek pantheon and Egyptian too.
