I raise and breed cochins, I let the hens hatch out but I also incubate,I only have 1 roo which is a son to one of my older hens, what I'm wondering is is it a bad thing to let him mate with his mom and sisters, I can't tell my girls apart. all the chicks I've hatched so far are healthy and perfect. I wasnt sure if it could cause genetic issues as I'll be selling the chicks as well as fertile eggs soon.

Generally siblings breeding is frowned upon. But 1 generation should be ok. Mother x Son is whats generally done in line breeding, or inbreeding. As long as its not done for to many generations it will be ok. Only issues may be is that any bad genetics in the birds may be augmented.
I recently hatched (And are incubating more.) full sibling bred ducks, and 1st hatch was 7/8.
Breeding grandson back to grandmother would be better for the next generation to add diversify blood again.

I have 2 older hens that would be the mom's and 2others that are a year old but are their daughters. I had the dad to all the kids but he was causing problems so he had to go so now I just have th brother that's too the 2 older daughters and now I hatched about a month ago 9 out of 9 eggs that I have no clue who the mom's are but some are children of the roo I got rid of and some are children of the brother roo. I'm wanting to keep 1 of this hatches roos since he's the color of the one that had to go. But He'd eventually breed with his grandma's, older sisters and siblings, IS THAT BAD BREEDING. I thought about ordering another set so I can have another set of genes in my brood.

No keeping desirable birds in the flock pedigree is used in ALOT of breeding practices. After 4th-5thgeneration some new blood should be introduced for vigor and gene pool diversity. Otherwise to many generations inbreeding can cause issues, or lack of eggs/fertility. Theres a chart online (In the forum somewhere actually) of how to line breed. And they suggest adding new blood at g4 and g8 If I remember correctly.
