Wanting to check on status

Hi all
Have a beautiful girl with redness on her wings and tummy. Not sure what this is?
Also, have an another girl and she has lost a lot of feather on her mid section. She has been broody.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

The one that's broody could have done the underside herself as they usually do that to make better contact with the eggs.

The others could be molting but that bright red skin isn't typical. That red skin is sometimes caused from mite bites and irritating it. If you want to try treating them for mites, most use permethrin powder and repeat that in 7-10 days.

Otherwise, could there be bullying going on by another chicken?
