Ok so we are going with the buff Orpingtons and not sure on coop construction yet. The girl at southern states and yall on here have been very helpful.
How long can I store the eggs I know that they don't have to be refridgerated at first but not sure how long they last
 
For eating purposes? I think a few weeks maybe 3. For hatching, not more than 10 days is what I have read. I could be wrong about that. The eating eggs, I have not ever gone more than a week or so before refrigerating.
