Wanting to make sure of gender before we sell "him"

My daughter is madly in love with this chicken, buy we were informed this is a rooster and not a pullet. We live in the city and can't have a rooster. He is only about 7 weeks old and we believe he is an EE. I am hoping someone tells me this is a she and not a he. We have a woman coming to buy him on Thursday, so I wanted to get clarification before then and it's too late.

in ee's the black and white hens are a different look than the males. The males end up with a colombian patteren look to them

Are there any other indicators in early sexing of EEs? He's still so baby that he screams and cries. The other hens HATE him...ALL of them! We are trying to get this adjusted to him.
