My poor flock came out of the coop this morning and many of them just hunkered down on their outside roost, or in the cold, frozen hay on the ground of their run. I gave them some more hay, fluffed up in there and tossed some food pellets and scratch in it. It's the first time I've seen them do this, and it's only suppose to get colder. I put hot water in both of their food bowls and always bring them out hot/warm water for drinking every morning.
