Calling BS on her excuse. If she paid with credit card or PayPal, there is a record of whom she paid. If she sent a check, then it is easy to get a copy of the check from the bank.

The only possible way she would not know would be if she purchased a money order and lost the receipt. Does she not even remember what breed? It looks to me like a cheat trying to use blackmail to get some free birds. I'm glad you caught her and called her on it.

The problem with this person has been solved.
In a nut shell this person didn't think before she started randomly contacting
Sebastopol breeders (I for one) who had no connection to this situation whatsoever
aside from the fact that we are Sebastopol breeders.
She finally figured out who she sent a deposit to.

There was some special circumstances why the seller had not been in touch with the buyer but apparently now all is well.
