I called the vet and none have any appointments till thursday, she stays in a separate coop but last night I decided to leave them in the same coop with the older chickens and in the morning she was badly pecked, the vet told me I could apply Neosporin and I did, what do you guys think I should do?

WELCOME TO BYC!!

Aww! Your poor baby! Take her away from all other chickens as chickens are drawn to red and bloody areas. Wash that area and keep applying neosporin. Is she eating and drinking? Give her some ACV or probiotics in her water and some plain garlic in her food. Watch her carefully.

Here's some links too.

Thanks for welcoming me to BYC, when they free ranged they did okay, thats why I assumed that leaving them overnight would be okay too.

Yes she is eating and drinking water, I have separated her from all other's since I found her, I thought she wouldn't be able to eat because of her injuries, but somehow she's pulled thru for now :yesss: I will be keeping a closer eye on her till she heals.
