Shadowkit's tail swished as she looked up at Patch.

Sagestar found Patch's news troubling. She looked away from the black and white cat, her neck fur bristling. She hated to consult a kitty-pet on what to do, but right now she felt she had no choice. "What should we do?" she asked him in a tight voice. Patch sat down, eyeing the leader calmly. "Wait until her paw in healed. That is all you can do." he replied. Sagestar nodded. "I wish for you to come and give reports on her condition." she told him. Patch smiled, dipping his head. Sagestar showed no emotion as she flicked her tail for the stocky, but lean warrior to escort him to the border. Thistleclaw nodded and laying his tail on Patch's shoulder, led the cat away. He watched him dart away past the border and then turned back to the camp.
