Silverstripe didn't even look sideways at him as she passed him while she went to bury the bones of the mouse. She came back in, and still hungry, took a squirrel.
Shadowpelt finally noticed her, but did nothing. He resumed his watching. I'm a prisoner in my own clan. He thought, the tips of his ears drooping.

"He's only sorry because he can't see Silverstream anymore," Silverstripe muttered. "He doesn't give a mousetail about how I feel." She got rid of the bones and retreated back into the medicine den again. Her eyes seemed to be a mix of hatred and depression.

Later, Shadowpelt snuck to the medicine den, when Silverstripe was asleep. He looked around for Cloudshade. "Cloudshade?" he called quietly.
(I have a small plan. Could you go along with it?)
crystalsight scratched at the fox again, but only with her good paw.Darkstripe brought his claws down on the fox's nose, nearly taking it right off.

Cloudshade was sorting through herbs. Most of the Clan was heading off to their nests. "Yes?" She had, for the most part, stayed out of the whole circus, though she was a bit more reserved with him.
(Yeah)

The fox yelped as it got a large scratch on its shoulder. It swung Darkstripe off, throwing him into a tree. He yowled.

"Sure," Kestrelflight replied, hoping it would ease his mind. He settled down beside the pond. He tried to not think about RiverClan; that was one of the last things he wanted to think about right now.
Darkcloud thought of ways to clear Kestrelflight's mind on whatever's been bothering him. He gazed back into the pound and discovered the fish he's been stalking for a few moments. "That vast fish is the one I've been trying to find the correct moment to cease." He informed, pointing with his paw.
"Mm," Kestrelflight murmured, his mind clearly adrift. The scene of the dog snapping Silverstripe's neck like a cracker while Shadowpelt got Silverstream to safety first replayed over and over again in his mind like a broken record. His eyes burned. "Did you hear about Shadowpelt's little love affair?" The words practically rolled out of his mouth; he hardly had any control over them, he was so angry.
Darkcloud was focused and occupied by the immense fish, gliding in the water. Darkcloud heard him and glanced at him, "no." He replied, all his focus on Kestrelflight.
"He went off and got all lovey dovey with a RiverClan she-cat," he spat, allowing some of his anger out. "And he may have just killed my daughter for it."
Darkfeather ears perked up skyward and eyes widened. He gazed at him feeling sorrow, bit hide it with a frustrated expression. "What a traitor! " he hissed.
crystalsight growled in fury and leaped at the fox, digging her claw in its throat. The fox yelped as it got a large scratch on its shoulder. It swung Darkstripe off, throwing him into a tree. He yowled.
