The rabbit scrambled onto the Thunderpath, and instead of slowing down, Silverstripe pushed harder, determined to catch it. With the blood roaring in her ears, she didn't even hear the monster screaming down the Thunderpath, until it was too late...

"SILVERSTRIPE!!! WATCH OUT!!" Shadowpelt bellowed, leaping at her to push her out of the way.

Shadowpelt hissed at the monster, ducking low beside Silverstripe. It seemed to take ages for the huge black beast to finally leave.

Shadowpelt looked up at the sky, alarmed to see that it was already sunhigh. "Shoot. Gotta go." He muttered to himself, and padded nonchalantly from camp. Once outside, he pelted toward fourtrees.

Shadowpelt picked up his pace, now bolting through the forest. His heart longed to see Silverstream again, and more importantly, his kits. He leaped over tree trunks, and scrambled under bushes.
