? wart on young roo's toe

I just went out and checked and i noticed a raised area on my roos toe...just one..and not on any of my hens...it doesn't look like mites and on top of foot so assuming not bumble foot...red tissue under the raised area...
It is sex-liink rooster and only 8 weeks old..
I will take pictures later and post just wanted some feed back
