Can anyone tell me if these are warts on my hens egg? Just got this from my older hen. Does anyone happen to know whats going on with my hen? Wondering if it has anything to do with her vent? Thanks for any insight into this.

did you say the egg is from an older hen maybe she is utilizing calcium as well as when she was younger. Does she have eggs like this often?

She only lays about 2 a week. This is the 1st time there was anything like this on her egg.
