warty feet

I have 19 chickens and only one has this problem. Her legs seem swollen and flaky looking and her feet look bumpy like witch's fingers. Maybe warty looking. It's hard to discribe but she roosts a lot and it takes her some time to jump off to eat. I'm think it might be painful for her. Any suggestions on what it might be and what I could do for her? I might have to take a picture and post it.

A picture would help. Are the scales on the leg/foot raised?

A picture would be best.

Could be a few things. Scaly leg mite, bumblefoot, injury, or something else. Cant tell without a picture and more information.

I heard to dip heard and did dip there legs in used motor oil once a day for 3-5 and that seemed to help.

Motor Oil ???

Yuck !

Mineral oil will work much better

Tomorrow I'll try to get a picture. The legs look "flaky" not like it is described as leg mites. Since I'm having problems with some picking feathers from others, could this hen be the victim of toe picking? I know...pictures are coming thanks
