I now have a new attitude when looking at the price of gas since traveling to other countries where daily gas prices are much higher than ours. While I am not thrilled with paying more for gas I am happy to be able to pull up to a pump and fill my vehicle without having to wait in a line or finding the station is out of gas. My daughter is living in Japan right now and has to walk or ride a bike almost everywhere now as she is unable to find gas to put into her car. I know this is due to the great disaster there, but I also remember the gas rationing in the 1970s here.

$3.81 for diesel last time we went through town, a couple days ago. Filled up the F250 a couple weeks ago, and just under 100gal ended up bein about $360ish. Fuel went up quick in these parts, grrrrrr

Gas was 3.47 in Menominee, Michigan when I drove through yesterday. I filled up my tank there, but alas, those prices aren't nearly as good where I am in Milwaukee now. I am thankful my little chevy prizm sips gasoline, and I can hypermile and make it get 40 mpg, more if I am feeling like taking my time. City driving sucks up fuel though, I hate it.

I have almost a full tank of gas that I paid 3.39 a gal sad thing is my engine locked up on the way back from St Louis so I guess we will have to siphon it out for my DD's or DH's car.

Regular gas at the local BP station actually fell this week.
Was $3.65 9 over the weekend, now at $3.45 9 per gallon.

Guess I should run down and fill up. A fill-up generally lasts us
about two and a half or three weeks.
