Was I right? Roo?

So I posted a thread about this guy a while ago because I thought he was a guy, everyone told me he was a lady. I wasn't convinced and now that he's matured oh so much I am most definitely not convinced based on feathers. He's a Barred Rock. Also I've noticed a few feathers not striped like the others coming in, they are mostly black with green on the edges if that doesn't scream rooster then I don't know what does. But he has got the long skinny hackles, and all down his back, some on his wings, and I think I'm starting to see saddle feathers, so I don't think it's possible to be a lady. But second opinions? Was my initial gut correct?

Besides the hackle feathers, it looks like a girl to me, but it's probably a boy
