No not looks like silkie looks like he's just growing his feathers in rough style . He's hairstyle remind me polish

I don’t think it’s a silkie because when I have had silkie chicks before they always have fluff not feathers like that

It's possible she's a cross, but I don't see the 5 toes or feathered legs. I have 2 polish/silkie crosses and they don't have much fluff either.

Definitely not a silkie, but those head feathers are different to anything ive seen.

Not looks like hen either ..see his posture straight chest with high neck probably a dominant rooster but u can wait more

Could be a polish. It could also be a mix too
