For as often as I’ll be using this I didn’t need one of those huge incubators. However, I did want something that is trustworthy. I read up a little bit and found that Hovabator was a trusty brand. Any tips on how to increase my hatch rate with these?

hovabator does have a good reputation overall.....just make sure to salt-test a hygrometer and check your temps with more than one calibrated thermometer. there are several good articles available in the article section
