That coop is defo a copy of backyard chicken coop and there is a proven copyright i just happened to stumble upon


there is an offical backyard chicken coop book on the market with that coop listed as PROJECT1 which prroves the coop is BYC member coop

Its in the book but that does not mean BYC owns it or that it is not public domain. Only the member who made the coop can say. BYC does have the rights to use it but that might not be exclusive.

The Ebayer seems to have owned up to not having acquired the rights to use it though.
