Wash or not to wash eggs before putting in bator

These are r e a l l y dirty and they are resting for the 12 hours. Can I wash them before putting them in the incubator? Seems like i would be adding a whole bunch of germs or ecoli or something if I don't wash them. Let me know quickly. Thanks
 
I always wash mine, really warm water 1/4 tsp of bleach in a large coffee cup, dunk for 20-30 sec wipe with paper towel then in the bator. I read this in Storey's guide. My hathc rate is awesome.
I have 15 eggs in the bator now. Never have had any exploders or stinking eggs.
