I've asked before about my husband's old metal brooder that we'll be using. What should I clean it with? Soap and water solution? Bleach and water solution? Diluted Nolvasan? I can do any of those, just wondering if anyone thinks one is better than the other. I'm going to scrub it down good and let it dry in the sun. I've got to get cracking this week as the chicks are scheduled to be delivered next week.

I've used bleach and water a lot but I worked at a vet clinic for years and they used Nolvasan to disinfect. So I would use either one, just rinse the brooder very well after your done cleaning it.
