Washing eggs

I know I have read posts about hatching eggs should be done in warm water. But when you eat the eggs, do you was in cold, or warm?

I don't use special stuff either, just water.

I don't wash mine, but if you do.....Always warm water. Cold will open up the pores and push any bacteria from the outside of the egg to the inside of the egg.

Water at least twenty degrees warmer than the eggs.

I use hot soapy water myself. Poured over. No soaking.
