washing white poo, what to use?

Hi, I had a sick chicken that didn't make it When i was bathing her i noticed that nothing would dissolve the crusty white poo from her feathers, etc. Now i am left with a bunch of poopy towels and i'm wondering if anyone knows what to use to get them clean or should i just throw them out?

I know this isn't exactly a medical thing anymore, but i couldn't find a more suitable category to post in.
