Welcome. Fellow Washingtonian here. Originally from Nor Cal. We love it in WA. We own about 11 acres of rural land and hope to add to it. Unfortunately, the ripple effect of Seattle's ridiculous housing market is pushing people out further and causing home prices to spike.
I hope you find your dream farm property. Just make sure to check zoning and agricultural use. Most of that info is all online via parcel maps. We're zoned rural protected with setbacks of livestock domicle no closer than 50 feet of any property line.
