Geeze, a little me time include worrying to death over your son ?
How old is he ?
Sounds like as soon as DH is gone, Jr acts up.

Hope the rest of your YOU time is nice !

I tried to take a nap but DH wanted to take a nap too (like he never gets any sleep !!)
Of course after about 5 minutes he is snoring like somebody trying to start a chain saw with no gas in it.

So I just hopped outta bed and turned on the TV and computer, to applesauce with it !!
Dh went out to wire his fort.
Wish he would have just wired his fort and let me sleep...

Yep, Herc...I had forgotten that. Yep, remember David...and yes he was the "Oh, Great One". He had (still has) issues. Big Buck Ranch was up Frosty Creek Rd. Prewitt's lived up there for the longest time. Christiansons lived down in the gully/valley, that was along the river, on the cut-off road connecting Twisp River Rd and Poorman Creek. Norm Reynaud lived down there too. Norm raised Appies, but I do not believe his stud ever threw spots.

Perry Brewster lived almost opposite of Christiansons. He lived up on the hill to the right (as you go up the Twisp River Rd). He had a son named Mike and his wife's name was Dorothy. He ended up selling out to the Department of Game. His property was up against the Elbow Coulee property and that was all game land too.

Balki Hilll was over on the old road between Twisp and Winthrop and you could go across it and come out on upper Beaver Creek. The Valley behind Sun Mtn...hmmmm...not sure right off hand.

Way too funny about Karen. I wil have to FB her and let her know. We may have very well rode together and just don't know. Gosh I wish my memory was better. I know that Sara Jensen (I think this was her name) came over occasionally too.

I grew up in the first house, on the uphill side (rt hand side), after elbow Coulee.

Nice looking Ameraucanas. After I get settled I will need to take a quick tour of the state and stop by, maybe stop by several place to pick up eggs/chicks and birds.

DH was just telling me that he remembers the guy at the bottom of Balki Hill (on the Beaver Creek side) having 2 camels. He also had the Farrow (sp?) deer.

No, sorry, those are staying, but I do believe Illia may have some to sell, she is the Ameraucana queen here on the coast, otherwise try Pips&peeps.

Of course !
You must "tour" the state...maybe we BYC'ers could pass you about, and show you "our" stomping grounds, nice restaurants, good fishing areas, great get away spots, etc...that would be nice !
