Well I sure haven't posted much and I haven't since b4 turkyday...Glad to see most are still around and I hope you all had wonderful holidays and this year will be better then last year.

Still haven't got started on the coop, nor do I have any chicks yet. Just a slacker and I really hate working in the rain. But I have high hopes for this year.

Anyway, I just stopped by to sees what's going on and to say hello.

Welcome back MikeyB!

Well I have my new Cuckoo Marans pullets from Chickielady all settled into some temporary digs. I already can't wait for them to lay!

And then I have just CRAMMED my new Brinsea Eco 20 with 34 eggs, and all of them are our own except for Jen's 6 serama eggs! So excited! I put in 6 bantam blue & black cochin eggs, 6 BBS Orps eggs, 6 Olive Eggers, the 6 Serama's and 10 of our BLRW!!! Wish me luck with the hatch!!!

Got a bunch of firewood cut today, plus I found out my new greenhouse-room has a shelf right above the heat, convenient seedbed heating!! So, I put a bunch of pepper seedbeds on the shelf, and boy is it WARM there. Then, I put my year old pepper plants right next to the heater on a lower shelf. They're gonna love it.

Ok so I finally got out of bed today.

It was not such a great day today. I'm glad CL wasn't gonna stop here! I have no energy! Still sorry I missed her & DH!
