I'm thinking you're right, and I'm thinking it is all that molasses in the flock block! I separated her out, her poops thickened overnight and now look normal, no longer like tarry molasses. (She did not have access to the flock block). She's no longer thirsty, so after she laid an egg, I put her back in with the other hens and she ran straight for the flock block! I don't think I will be buying another when that one is gone. It's like Chicken chocolate. They are hardly touching their layer pellets! I am putting a little bleach in the water just to play it safe.
