What will a red tag mean?
I don't understand.
Is there anything we can do to help??
My neighbours were building in Idaho and lived in a trailer for over a year while they were out building, in over 5 feet of snow.

red tagged means a structure is either unapproved for human habitation, or is dangerous & a theat.

I've used it several times with no adverse effects. Used it on a spot on my dogs head that lost all the hair on it. Tried everything, even cortizone cream. Finally cleared up with the Tea tree so figured it must have been a fungus. No adverse effects on him either.

Dogs are usually ok with tea tree, it's cats and birds that it will kill. I've seen it all too often in the emergency clinic. Very sad. Owners think they are doing something good for their pet, and it kills them.

I dunno if it makes a difference tho.
Would be a neat experiment if I had a couple empty incubators

If under a broody there is no light.

I was just thinking the same thing.

I do not know..only what I saw, a vigerous chick zipping, then lights out & he stopped..and dried out.
I got him out, membrane stuck to his fluff.....once zipped, the air gets in and dries the membrane hard as a rock and the baby sleeping, is/was locked in.
Watch and see what happens with yours~~

Well personally, I think it is worth a shot with Prada... She has the worst rain scald I have personally seen. My equine vet Dr. hills says Im doing everything right. Ive followed his directions to a T, but it hasnt gotten any better over the winter. She has a couple quarter sized bald patches along her shoulders where her blanket sits, and those scabby feeling bumps all at the bottom of her main. So the hope now is that once drier weather sets in, we can get better control over it, and get rid of it all together. I hope I dont have to do a complete body clip on her.

But if it comes down to it, then thats what I will do.

I also need to go dig through all my blankets and see if I have the next size up from a 71" She's a BIG baby! She has almost out grown her second blanket since coming home to me. lol

Maybe you can try a neck blanket that attaches to the blanket. I've seen some without a hood. It has to have the rings though. Some blankets come with them attched.
