I woulda been the girl wandering in circles in a black sweatshirt with neon green ties that that said "TOBY MAC" on the chest... but the TOBYMAC might have been hidden by an unruly mane overly thick, wavy, brown/black long hair. LOL I was using my phone to take pics of the EE things in cages on the floor near the door at one point.



I wish I could have room for 43 babies! I'm going to have a lot on my hands with just 16!!!! I wish I had more chicken room, but alas, I don't! LOL

I do remember you!!! Right now 43 isn't taking up much room(on my desk in a carton), but they get big quick and that's when,I have to say, that I won't have room either!!

I had a blast. I am so happy that I got to nearly all the thread members today. I know that I talked to much today. It has been very fun to watch the group grow.

Well I am sure that there was more to the show, but I know that I was focused more on meeting up with everyone that I had a hard time looking at all the chickens. I did come home with a bator, and 6 eggs, plus 6 chicks. I got 4 BCMs and 2 frizzles from the feed store.

I am so happy that things worked out so well to be able to sneak the Rustler and his DW into the show. It just took a little idea to make it happen. Thanks to broodytood for making happen.

Hey guys!

Just thought I'd say hello, since I'm also in Washington(and new)...Woodinville near Maltby area. I live on a 5 acre shared farm/house with 11 chickens, 2 bunnies, 2 dogs and 1 cat. There's also 4 horses on the property. I see a lot of people live near us, which is really awesome! We've been taking care of a small flock for 2 years, and are now trying our hand at breeding now that we have a rooster.

Anyways, how is everyone enjoying this amazing weather?

No, there weren't any EEs there except one that a little girl used for showmanship, and it wasn't entered in the show.

Not sure what Kaneke was looking at...maybe the...no, I don't have any idea...

OOOH, maybe the LF silver that was shown by a JR??? Jean won Ch. Ameraucana with a black hen, and Royce won Res. Ch. Ameraucana with a blue wheaten cockerel. My son won BB with a black bantam hen.

No Shamos, Asils or Malays.

they were sitting in a cage on the floor at the end of the row where the Ameraucanas were staged -- three of them

looked very much like, but my impression was that they were slightly larger, standing more upright (like a game)

legs were very pale gray slate; ear flaps I couldn't tell, they had big muffs hiding them, bearded, pea comb, with tails

cage was not ID-ed but there was an index card on top that only said Roger #16 ...

I'm still too new to tell many chick breeds, but I am doing a lot of looking and learning
