So I have a silkie hatching going on right now but to my suprise when I ck this morning I have a showgirl buff I think.. I didnt want any showgirls

But I do have what looks to be two lav, one much lighter than one. Now where are the buffs? I still have like 9 more that have pip so will she what they are...

going to go lay down and sleep now due to meds.. At least I dont feel like peeling my head off now..

Unbelievable. But I think we're actually finished with the coop! I still need to take care of a few details and clean up inside and outside, do some painting, some caulking, thread some wire where the hardware cloth panels meet, wire apron laid out around the outside, a few other things. But the window is on, roosts and poop board up, it appears pretty secure, but I don't think will ever be as secure as I wanted it to be. What my builders lacked in skill and precision they made up for in good intentions. So I shouldn't complain about the kind of hodge podge appearance, daylight cracks from the inside of the henhouse looking out, etc. So let me just say, it ain't pretty but it's done. And as of a couple of weeks ago that was going to be good enough for me.

I'm not sure how my kitchen chickens are going to feel about going outside for good now. We've gotten pretty used having each other around the past couple of weeks! But they are going to have a LOT more room in their new home.

I'll post photos when I get things cleaned up. DH and I are going to go buy him new shoes and get a few necessary items from Del's Farm and Feed so our pretty girls can get moved in this week. Then home to get a hot meal cooked for DH. He starts his new job in Seattle tomorrow morning at 6 AM for forklift training at the state liquor distribution warehouse in SODO. I'm going to get up with him at 4:30 AM to see my working man off to his first day of manly man type work.

for you! sinus crap...and I am so dang cold from riding. I need to go climb on the couch with 8 blankets....and 9 dogs...cept they move to much. and yep!! happy they are all blue!!!

He's actually a little smaller than the others. Comb is bigger, sticks up more, and looks like it has three rows of bumps. Tail feathers are just now starting to come in, and only on the lower sides. Maby I should get pics of the others to compare him too? Could you or someone else, possibly post a pic of what a young wheaton cockeral is supposed to look like?

Completely off topic... But WHY do men ask where you want something installed, and then do the COMPLETE opposite!!!?

If he's not going to install the flood light where I said to, then why even bother to ask where I want it?

Ya all should know there is a Plant Sale across the street from me! The couple starts a ton of heritage and organic/non-gmo etc every year. I will ask them when the sale is and let ya know the dates.

I tend to collect all the plants they don't sell and that don't fit in their garden... I put them in my garden and share the harvest with them

This is a still air incubator. It's a hova bator 1602. Is it still the same levels or a bit higher?

You should be able to go on the Hovabator web site & download directions.
This is true for gQf, so I am assuming same true with Hovabator.
