if it's washable -- wash in the wash machine adding some PineSol or equivalent generic pine oil cleaner

then either dry in dryer or out on clothesline in sun

works better on washable than enzyme solutions

on non-washables -- Stink Free Heat & Clean ... this product works where Natures Miracle fails

addendum -- if you have domestic cats, make sure they do not come in contact with PineSol -- it's poisonous to them

Have you been sleeping with Don? Just kidding. Sounds just like my DH, only DH is a lot bigger than your hubby, sow to roll the guy over when he is cutting down a furest with that noisy, buzzing snore, I have to take my feet and use my legs to roll him over! Only a couple of times I got it wrong and shoved him out of bed instead of just rolling him.

Luckily he just seems a little confused when that happens and he never remembers in the mornings.

We used to get bobcats and raccoons in the yard all the time, but then we got Shasta and I have not seen a raccoon since she was 4 months old, and have only spotted bobs in the front, nowhere near the fence. I have a routine with my doggies now that seems to be working. The get run ot the fenced yard for 1-2 hours in the morning, then I put them in their cabin/run in the middle of the fenced area and let the chickens have the yard. Mid-day I let the dogs out and we all make a tour of the fenceline, the dogs and I and for some reason, the chickens always tag along. The chickens used to LOVE to go out to the orchards but they must have had a scare at some point. Now they stay between the dogs and the house unless I am out with them. I don't leash the dogs when we tour the yard. They leave the chickens alone when I am with them.

oh ok, boy I hear the peeps and I keep telling them, come on my babies!!! lol! I have this really weird saying that I have no idea where I got it, but, when I got my first flock when I moved here, I didn't name them individually, I just call them all chickdachicks!! And when I got my first bunch of chicks I called them Peepdapeeps!! lol! Ok guess I'm cuckoo for coco puffs! But, ever since thats what I call the older chickens and then the babiesj! So I'm standing by the incubator chanting, come on peepdapeeps!! lol .... ok I'm done!!
