Gosh, wish I had someone like that here so I did not have to do it. I would pay to have someone do it for me.
I live in Yakima WA. I am allowed to sell butchered birds off my property with out any inspections/license. Should I have more than 1,000 birds, I would then need a commercial license. I have not looked into other livestock. I have found a local guy who will butcher, shrink wrap and freeze birds -- for about 3 to 4 bucks each.

Can't everybody be in the parade. Somebody needs to be there to watch it go by. otherwise its just traffic. But eventually everybody gets tired of just being a spectator.

I don't know what you have for birds but if you plan to show in the "OPEN CLASS" you should be aware that birds refered to as commercial or feed store will probably not make the cut. I am not saying there is anything wrong with these birds. It is just that they are simply bred to "resemble" the breed and are not normally show quality.
