No one told me, but that does not matter, I asked that someone organize, that was about when I hurt myself. Good to see you are all going to bring stuff!!!!!
I am still standing (with NO crutches) on my shrimp & green salad!

And yes, I still have the table, already loaded in the van~~
We are gonna pig out!!!!!
I've been missing you! Working like mad trying to get jewelry made for a couple of shows, and listing stuff on eBay to pay for all the stuff we have breaking down. DD has been sick for 3 days with a terrible case of the runs and gas that will knock you out; but seems to be improving now. She's sleeping on a cot in the living room because one of the things that broke is her bed - cute looking captains bed with drawers underneath half and a big white piece of that melamine or whatever that crud is called holding up the other side. That is what broke off. A few weeks ago the foot-board came off, and I could not re-attach it because the screw holes are stripped out. I'm going to fix that expensive piece of crud bed this weekend by attaching real wood to the underside of everything and attaching it all back together with L brackets. Next I'm getting the fridge fixed. One of the coils failed a few months ago, and each week the average temp climbs up another degree in the thing. We are now up to 44 degrees and I suspect the fridge failure caused DD's illness. I took the fridge repair money I had saved and repaired the oven with it the day before Thanksgiving because I can't be without an oven. Luckily I start work again on Monday. I'm trying real hard not to use plastic anymore except at the gas station.
Most of my chickens are through the worst of their molt. A few are just starting. I noticed that those in peak molt hang out in the nest boxes at night instead of on the roost. They are not laying much - 3 eggs per day from 31 hens! I'm thinking the EE's I bought from the Grange are duds - 8 months old now, and no eggs yet!
I'm going to try and make it to the chicken show on Saturday for a few hours I need a break from hectic.
...now I'm going to go back to skip through and read some of the posts from this last week.

It's been close to 24 hours now. Still breathing...
Chicks will do fine for up to 72hrs in the bator... but sometimes if really needed you can sneak grab out the hatched. I tend to make sure the room is very warm and humid as possible.... like a small bathroom after someone had a hot shower
