I see... That's ok it ain't the first time this COUG's been standen by herself in woof woof territory!!
We COUGS can take of ourselves!!!
Sorry Jules but IF forced into the middle of this one........I gotta stick with Ron. See the next loaf he saves could be mine! !
uh, uh.....CR.....it's ok...... I understand.....it's tough to be a winner in a crowd of losers!!! (just kidding guys)!! lol!!
Ok, quick story and I'm done with this topic... in my past life, I had a relationship with a UW fan... he took me to a dog game and guess what I wore!!! EVERY STINKIN PIECE OF COUG CLOTHING I COULD FIND !!!! LOL
The game wasn't against the Cougs but, he almost got into a fight when I was walking down the stadium!!
:
I didn't care, I really didn't want to be there, and I was just showing my team enthusiasm!! lol!!!
Man I have been up WAY.... too early this am!! Terry had to go to work at 3! and he got up at 2!! And yea, I've been up ever since!!!
I hope I can find time to take a nap, or I'll be in bed by 5 tonight!! Oh, CR, you the man!! Thanks for taken those wee chickens off of Mia's hands!!! That was darn nice of you!!
Glad things worked out so she doesn't get in trouble!!! Some city people just don't get it!!!
I saw the joke & did not see anything wrong with it.
I did think about it too...and wondered why Colorado was telling us a joke.
Could be they were sending it to all states....don't know if that is against the rules or not ?
Yup, as I thought, that was spamming.
Going thread to thread posting the same thing over & over.
So how is all the WA peeps this morning?
Got really windy, is still really windy here.
Ok so I shared this a week or so ago, I'm having this right hip pain thing right?? Finally got an appt to see the VA doc on the 10th. Haven't been sleeping at all really because of it. 4 days ago, as I'm restlessly tossing around, I remember my PT saying how she thought my pelvis was out of wack! So, I get this great idea, if I stretch my right leg out hard enough( the other PT had put traction on it a few times with short acting success) and I try to.... I don't even know what you call it, shift my pelvis?? cause the right is higher then the left??.... So, I'm pushing my right leg out as hard as I can, and it's KILLING ME!! and then, I pressed my lower back/spine down to see what would happen? All the sudden there was this big CRACK!!! On the right side in back above my hip bone!!! I thought...crap! now what did I do??? Got up and guess what?? I CAN WALK!! The severe pain is gone!!! Now, this is a two fold situation, 1) I'm glad the pain is gone!! maybe I can get on with life, but, 2) it's taken me three months to get to see the doc, now the severe pain is gone and I really want him to do the MRI cause I don't think this is a permanent fix!! But, I won't have the same symptoms, cause I fixed it myself!!!
So, now I'm not sure what to do, I still have some pain yet, but, seriously it is not like it was at all and I know I moved something back to where it belonged. If I tell him what happened, he'll say ok, well guess we don't need the MRI then!!! But, how do you explain almost 6 months of excruciating pain, gone in one day??
So now I'm upset cause he'll think I'm nuts and I was making it up, but, my husband knows how bad it was, I couldn't get out of a chair, or the car, or bed with out almost crying, and walking across the store brought me to tears!!!
UNBELIEVABLE!! cause this could happen to go back next week and it will take me another 2 months to see him again!!!
Not windy here, but cold!!! Thinking about sitting down and planning my garden, just so I'm ahead of the game this year, gotta find my seeds so I can set up my indoor greenhouse in the spare room again and start seeds. When do you do that CL?? I know you have a full time green house, but me being a green...greenthumb, do you start planting seeds 4 -6 weeks before putting them out side??

Up until we moved back up here to WA, we had an awesone invesion table.
After a hard day's work we could take turns hanging upside down while watching TV...lol
It was wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gets all your intestines & organs back in line....vertebrae & all, and increases circulation.
We sold it to the neighbor when we moved as there was no room here.
I just found another at Big 5 Sports, and it folds up nicely after use, and I am gonna get it next month !
I really, really miss my inversion table and there has not a day gone by where I haven't missed it !
Maybe good for you !
Look into them.
Edited to add: I figured you had a pinched nerve all along...and maybe you fixed it!

seriously, this is EXACTLY the sort of situation that chiropractors (and osteopaths) see all the time
people with chronic severe pain, that the conventional MDs have been unable to "fix", with the test results coming back as "normal"
being told that it's something you have to LIVE WITH, or that it's ALL IN YOUR HEAD
and being told not to go to chiropractors because they could mess you up worse (yes, that has happened to some) and that they "aren't really doctors"
I can so relate! having fallen off a slide as a preteen, which has caused permanent problems because it was never taken care of at the time -- no one got me to a chiropractor until I was married and with a couple of little kids (which aggravated the situation)
smart PT ! often the hands-on people can pick up the subtle indications that the doctors miss (especially those mired in a bureaucratic morass) -- perhaps she can give you some exercises to stabilize the area while your body heals (the manipulation itself, has probably caused a bit of inflammation from the ?tendon? that was likely on the wrong side of a bone ... that's usually what goes CRACK when displaced back to where it belongs ...
too bad the VA doesn't seem to have doctors trained in sports medicine ...
