It is in Ouilcene, a long & windy drive up the East side of the penninsula.
It would make a great week end get away...Or to sell, it has alot of Nice Mature cedar.
dad has not listed it, he says he doubts it would sell so why bother ?
No well, used to have a rain barrel.
Still needs new deck rail.
has a carport on back for a boat & canoes.
I think it is Dabob Rd ?
have to ask dad exact address & maybe you can google earth.

Whichever mod chewed you out for replying to a pm with a pm needs to be reported I think. That's just rude.

It wasn't a mod it was me.
And there was no "chewing"
he sent me many PMs & I asked he please stop sending PMs, it takes too long for me to get in to read them.
Over & over ...but in order to read the PM he sent, I had to go into my messages, and since I read his PM, I sent one back and once again asked he do not send me anymore PMs.
So HE is confused why I sent a PM asking him to stop sending me PMs.
Hopefully ...there was no "chewing out " just one request after another

It takes me about 10 to 15 minutes to get into & read 2 PMs !!
We'll have our computer geek shop deal with the low RAM issue ASAP.

I build (from scratch) the computers we use here, and my father-in-laws systems too. Not that I am any genius, but, if I were closer, I would be happy to help.

I am going to get to the geeks as soon as I can...seems he has been sick (or on vacation ?) and the shop was closed.
Last time we took this computer in (as it failed to start) he had several others ahead of us, so it took a few days to fix.
This may knock us off line for a week or so, hopefully not.
But may require a new Mother Board to supply space for more RAM, but our Mother Board may have enough space...we just have to have him remote access the system & see what he comes up with.

Mine has been stuttering and freezing since the day I got it and it's NEW. DH bought it fr me when I complained that is what my laptop did. He assumed the computer was in bad shape but the new one does the exact same thing. He NEVER fixes nor attempts to fix mine. I do know that my entire system shipped costs far less thanhis monitor alone. My SIL said it has something to do with my virtual memory, or maybe she said something else. I don't know computers. I just know I would like to be able to watch a news clip without having to re-try 20+ times before giving up because it can't even get throught the hotmail commercieal (or an other commercial) that plays first.

I completely understand !
That is the reason why I have asked all here to e-mail me rather than send PMs...getting into, and opening and reading , then replying/deleting a single PM takes me about 15 minutes, with constant brain death in the computer which makes me have to sit here & hit the refresh button several times.
I am afraid one time too many & the whole thing will lock up & die completely.
That is why I asked EVERYONE to send me e-mails instead.
So I had to go in last night & read a PM CR sent, and when I did, I replied (already was In there) and when I did I asked him PLEEEEEEEZE do not send me any MORE PMs.
This obviously hit himpersonally although everyone else understood completely.
Oh, and the word he used was not "applesaucey " LOL it was alot like CCG's mushroom

Thanks to all who understand this frustrating issues with my low RAM, and I apologize for having to ask all PMs be sent to my e-mail...I have posted my e-mail addy at the sig line.
Hopefully we get the RAM thing straightened out fast !

I can get used to new things but this slow loading is for the birds. I took my computer in to have more RAM installed about 6 months ago. It was awesome. Computer worked perfectly. The only site that is slow is the new BYC. Even after it's FINALLY loaded all the adds and crap (is crap ok? I guess I'll find out) it still scrolls jerky. Sigh. So annoying.

So how much RAM do you have now?
How much did it cost ?

Where did you have it done ?
My sister says she took hers to Best Buy to have RAM added...and it was $80 for the board (parts) and some odd amount for installation ($40 ?)
For what it is worth, last time I was IN my message 'box' it suddenly flipped out & a new page came up on the Silky Breed thread (

)
It took another 10 minutes for me to get BACK to the PM I had been reading.........

It takes about 6 seconds to post a smiley after I click the smiley I want, it takes about 8 seconds to pull the smiley box up !

I had someting in one of my posts show up as *** and it took me forever to figure out I'd double-struck the "s" when I wrote "as."
Long day ahead of me, best keep swallowing toast and pills.

I do not recall seeing that one !
What I should have done in CRs case (if i could have) is e-mailed him right away so he could have changed the word....but manuvering around this forum can choke up my puter to a stuttering & frustrating HALT.
It goes brain dead, & hit refresh it says "Internet Explorer is not responding" and there I am, dead in the water & unable to go forward or backward & have had to shut the computer off & back on again and then defrag...............

I suppose I should have called him on the phone.
Incidently, the puter seems to be posting OK right now...weird.
Seems later (evening) it is difficult for me to get page to page, and by dinner time I cannot get in for PMs at all, or when I do, cannot pull them up or get kicked off to some other page ????????
