I know this has been posted, but I am too lazy to go back and look.
When is the Monroe show?

and

I've been stung/swarmed by yellow jackets. It's called a sting for a reason, but not really terribly painful.
I've been bit by cockateils and quaker parakeets. Had small hunks of flesh removed. That hurt.

What is a duck or goose bite like? Looks like they can just pinch.

Russ- any teeth?

Geese are evil. I was scarred for life when I was seven. We were living in Olympia and the neighbor had geese that would nest by our compost bin every spring. Guess who's job it was to take out the compost bucket??

But I liked her llama.

They grab onto the loose skin, and HOLD on. The more evil ones will twist until you scream uncle.

NO Russ ONLY HENS have teeth. And they are not easy to pull.

Sad day, went out this morning to let my girls out of the coop and found one of my chickens dead on the floor.

. She was only 10 months old. She was outside yesterday and everything was fine. I put her away about 5:30 last night. Any ideas of what could have happened?

No clue, I wish I knew.

Sometimes I think it's hardest when we don't know what happened. Very sorry for your loss, and hugs being sent your way.

K. Sometimes they will freak out and fly up from roost and hit their head. Saw that happen before. Not saying that is your situation but it is a possibility.

Would it be safe to eat her? My husband thinks we should... I am ok with that just worry cuz we dont know why she died. What do yall think?
