Well, hubby's business got cancelled at the last minute, so off he went with a friend to the auction in Chehalis! Had it happened yesterday, I would now be halfway to Monroe.

So, I shall just sit here today and keep all the homebodies company.

Ooh, I got someone coming from Seattle tomorrow bringing two roosters for me to hold for someone coming from Southern OR on Monday. The man coming on Monday is also getting five of my birds.

RonB - I am so sorry about your shoulder. I too have a problem, and need rotator cuff surgery. Unlike you though, I don't have to work (well, only at home, and nothing very physical) but I know that it will be painful and a long time to heal. It is my dominant arm so painting and pottery will be out of the question for a while. So, I commiserate with you. I hear though that with dedicated p.t. the recovery can be fairly quick (well, a few months anyway).

Well, time to clean up the breakfast dishes and feed the little chickies.
