So, anyone having NEW problems with BYC? My Rich Text Editor haS gone away, says mY browser doesn't support it ( didn't change the browser) and now I'm getting musical ads from IAMS!

WHAT IS GOING ON!

okay folks, some sort of glitch that suddenly went away. This is so bizarre! First a squirelly mouse and then the editor - I reckon there's ghosts in the machine.

Thanks Russ; I actually thought I was going whacko, especially when the MUSIC started. I think most of us expect strange stuff like a slow or non responding mouse now and then, but it was the MUSIC. . . sort of like "THE VOICES" . . . !

Oh stop! Those babies are way too cute- so fluffy and blue! I'm dyin' here. Congrats on the new babies Robin!

Thanks Dana.

I am having the hangover. Came home to a mess and an angry teenager because all he had to eat all weekend was cereal because dad would not cook for him. He really ****** me off when he told me "No wonder we don't have money you keep buying chickens"....I went off on him...I was in such a good mood until then. I was home a total of 5 minutes. I proceeded to make a list of everything HE has been bought for him - just in the last 4 weeks.

DH talked to him later and he apologized like 3 times. I told him how hurt I was from his comment. I truly think he is not used to him having me make "ME TIME" and it bothered him I was gone.

Well, hopefully he learned from your being gone how VALUABLE you are in the home! And maybe he'll learn to prepare meals instead of depending on his parents to feed him. Teenagers aren't exactly known for thinking about other people's feelings or needs.
I'm sorry, I know how one thoughtless comment can just totally ruin a great mood.

Its been a whirl wind here. On friday I had to pick up my 5 year old from school he got sick all over his desk. Then when we went and picked up his sister 4 hrs later it was explosive out of both ends all over the truck. And continued all weekend thru all 3 kids myself and my husband. I think it was a 24 hr stomach flu but I am not sure. As for their coughing seems to have improved. They both went to school fingers crossed they can make it thru the day. Now time to disinfect the house.

Ugh! I hope this uses up your family's quota of nasty bugs for at least the year!

I'm so sorry 4312.

I started with mine pretty early. They always helped in the kitchen and they grew up loving to cook.

Under your circumstances my response would have been:

"Oh, dad wouldn't cook you anything. So why didn't you do it yourself. And come to think of it, I think you should share in the chores and cook for US once in a while"
