Imp - Beautiful blossoms!
smile.png

Yeah, my Peach tree is now blossoming beautiful pink flowers, and my old plums have been blooming for quite a while now. Also our old Pears are blooming as well. . . The new pears haven't even leaved yet, and the Apples and new plums aren't quite to the flowering stage yet.

Our strawberries are all flowering though!!

Whoa no!! 300 miles is far beyond crazy. . . I'm not going until my Araucanas are mature.

Then, it's time to debut the beauts of the bunch!!

You are not crazy. I drove from the Tri-cities to the Stevenson show last year without plans to show or buy and birds. It was well worth the drive.

I am coming to the show this time as an exhibitor and a small vendor (few birds to sell so I split a sales booth with some other silkie ladies). Bring a pen and a notebook, take your time, ask questions, if possible check out the Standard of Perfection from the library.

Most importantly, enjoy! Oh, and bring a camera if you have one, you will want it.

Where we live.

We have an Akita, a Pitbull, and a Boerboel x Dane to protect us, we live faar out in the country (and I mean FAR) and we know all our neighbors. . . Plus anoyone new to this place couldn't possibly find their way through our windy roads and dense forests.

Does anyone have a need for a beautiful young Barred Rock Roo? He is about 6-7 months old and just started crowing. Our neighbors want him gone and my hubby is pulling for a nice ROOSTER dinner. He protects his hens really well and doesn't attack our dogs, kids, or ducks.
I live near Tacoma but would be willing to meet depending on the distance.

I'm kinda breed biased (on BRs) and I also live a loooong way out, but that chocolate colored Muscovy is quite pretty!

Well, I have 5 pips and one Blue Wheaten Ameraucana who's already just hatched a couple minutes ago!

And I know I have several more in the straight run we got from McMurray, plus 10 more straight run coming from Cackle if they would quit pushing out the date

Actually it's good they did, DH doesn't need any more responsibility, I'm already leaving him with the 'bator full of coturnix eggs. I hope he remembers to check the humidity!

What I am REALLY stressed about is.. this: how the heck will we recognize each other? lol!

my goodness, yesterday was SO nice! I hope today is just as nice. I got quite a bit of outside stuff done yesterday. I'm hoping to plant a few things today. It's nice now, maybe I should stop being lazy and get out there.
