Well, just spent the last ... well, I dunno .... quite some time going over everyone's posts. I was in Spokane over Friday and Saturday for the Beth Moore Convention. Had a good time, but really-really tired. I missed you all.

and Illia, have not a speck of rain nor breeze here...I LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!!
Tomorrow to Elma to Mom & Dads to do a dinner and pass out treats...love Elma, what a super wonderful little town...and then Monday we drill, with this beast in our driveway, then this weekend DH goes to NorCal to visit his M&D at the pheasant farm (pheasant pharm)

and check on our rental property..clean rain gutters, move stuff about, grab some of the harvest

, stock up on beef, pork, and walnuts at Dad's,kiss all his baies, stop at the liquour barn, and come home

yes !!! I gotta do that too ! And have not bought the stove pipe yet...and have no fuel tank for the diesel heater...Oh my, and the days are so dark...I awoke to crowing at 7....geeze the lights in the coops come on at 6........it is too dark...and I wanna sleep !
Maybe I need a timer set on a coop light too.....

Jut came over Disautel and suprisingly no snow. But lots and lots of rain.

What exactly do you mean by stick man? There are the "Gatherers" and there is Sasquatch at the top of the pass...do you mean them? Or is there another one up there.....or do you mean the guy that was walking along the hiway, barely visible to us, hitch-hiking?

No, the 18 foot tall, 2,000lb Stick Man sculpture at the top of the pass...it freaks you out if you don't know it's there! LOL It's silouetted against the sky on top of some rocks, coming out of the trees...and it's arm moves if it's windy.

The first time I saw it I almost crashed!

Oh....I always call that the sasquatch. That is what we always thought it was. Never seen its arm move though. that would be freaky if you never knew it was there.
