I got all of the geraniums into the greenhouse and garage. I am always shocked with how many plants I have stuffed all over the place. I still don't how many there are. I wore myself out today. I am hoping that DH doesn't have a lot of stuff to do tomorrow. On the other hand I should start building a rabbit hutch. Kitty the lop eared bunny, has taken to missing the litter box. I am not sure why, but that kind of thing gets a critter tossed out of the house as quick as I can do it safely.

Well, darn it. I woulda put you up if you put your mug in the top thread of 'Family Life.' Or I suppose I could've missed you- I did scan through 65 pages. But I couldn't be wrong!

I figured if someone had posted there, it's for us all to see.

And yes, ChickieLady, still sad but life moves on. I've got to pep myself up to get to a baby shower tomorrow for a friend.

I am now officially blaming CR and Chickie, because I now have 4 bags of layer pellets that the girls won't eat now. The new food was treated like chicken crack. They spent most of the afternoon with there faces planted in the food that Scott milled. url=http://yoursmiles.org/m-pozitive.php?page=2]

Wish I could have a supply of "chicken crack" for my girls....you guys are just too far away. I do what I can for them....but chicken candy I just can't get for them.

OMG, so excited. This has got to be a record for me. I bought some cochin eggs on ebay which were shipped from Colorado. They showed up 10 days later. Post Office error, not the seller. She sent me another batch because we knew the first ones were too old. By the time I got them they would be 12-13 days old. Second batch took 5 days. Twice now from the same address to the same address these eggs should have got here in 2 days. Anyway put both batches in the bator. Hoping for a miracle from the 13 day old shipped eggs. OK, heres the miracle. Set 12 eggs from the first batch, 11 went to lockdown and 11 hatched! Second batch, 10 out of 12 are developing and scheduled for lockdown today. With the luck I've had with shipped eggs in the past, this was a big pick me up. Just unbelievable, but believe it!

Many good hatching vibes coming your way Cowgirl!!!!!!

I know this is taboo but, I have incubated eggs that were over 3 weeks old and got good results. The current batch that I have in has some eggs in it that are almost 3 weeks old too. In a couple of days I will candle (which I normally do not do) just to see if I have air cells and development in them.
Good Luck with them. Can't wait to see photos!

I think that I deleted those photos because I was running out of room in storage. I'm not shy, so I will post one again for you.

What can I say. There is no logic to it. I am addicted. I did get rid of the BBS LF Cochins. Really loved them though, just didn't have room at the time. These are project Mille Fleur and MF split to Buff Columbian Bantams. Never thought I'd get Bantams but fell in love. The Banty Cochins are adorable and have great personalities. Will try to get pics soon.
