Hopefully it will pass soon, but if it lasts all day long, you may have hyperemisis .... All Day nausea with puking that lasts more than the first trimester.
I had it with my son the entire pregnancy, lost 30 lbs, but the boy was fine and good sized. I worried so much that there was something wrong with him since I was puking so much, and now I think it was all my worrying that caused much of the nausea in the first place! Saltines first thing in the morning, whenever I woke at night and just before bed, B vitamins, ginger or peppermint tea, and Unisom all helped a little. I also tried injectable Tigan and some other meds, but that made me worse with other symptoms. I munched on Triple Ginger Ginger Snaps from Trader Joes after each time I puked. It seemed to help.
Good thing is each pregnancy is different. I rarely felt sick with DD (other problems there, but at least I always felt fine).
I predict you are having a boy. (I've only once guessed correctly! - not a good track record.)
I agree, a boy !
Hey, maybe a great idea to have a pole on the birth date, time and sex...and each guess is $5 all sent to the parents of course.
And the winner gets the satidfaction of being a weiner !!!
Someone must act as the 'official' and take all poles incagnito via mail...and hold them, and when the birth occurs, we know the winner ..wanna do it ??
It would be great way to do a baby shower gift !
Whats everyone say ?

My grandma was from Missouri and she brought the tradition of collards with her. It was totally for prosperity. But I'm thinking back in the day, early days in Seattle like in the 30s she wasn't able to get collards in the markets in January. So, she converted it to cabbage. I am thinking this must be how it went anyway. So, now, Grandma's family, all of us cousins have to eat the cabbage before the end of January 1st. I have a little piece of cabbage in the fridge that I will take a nibble off of.
I must say tho that I am tempted to pass on this notion for this year. So far, I have been broke for too many years now.
Maybe if I just say no this year and see if things will change for the better.
OR, it could get so much worse.
Not experimenting this year. I will nibble cabbage tonight.
What part of Mo was she from ?
Mine was from West Plains, they had a Farm and then sold out in the depression and moved to town. Or maybe lost the farm.
The other grandma had her farm out there way after.
My kin are Renfrows, Rideouts, in Mo....and the Davis' (GrandPa)were from North Idaho, that is the Oneys, and McKims.
Kimchee is Korean. I've no idea what toilet paper soup is. Koreans make a rice cake soup that was sometimes called eraser soup, because the rice cakes were chewy, and about the size and shape of erasers.

Is that like that toilet paper soup I keep hearing about from VN vets ??

my ex LOVED IT !! That and KIM CHEE!!!!!!!!
Well I wouldn't call it TP soup but it is basically a clear broth with an asian kinda spud, carrot, fish and a rice cake which looks like a big gob of rubber cement to put it nicely. And yes they do KIN CHEE......not for me !!!!
So can we assume no torn flesh ? No animals ripped to shreds and needed sutures from breaking through the fence ?
Get ahold of whomever did it and
Amazingly, even with having to untangle praddas legs from the wire. Not one scrape, or hot spot on anyones legs. They are all a bit tender footed from the frozen ground, but there isn't an entire lot I can do about that.

It went in the wood stove, complete with wishes in form of little paers all folded up, it was beautiful, but I saved some sprigs of needle point ivy ~~ too pretty to loose completely, now I wonder if maybe the wishes won't all come true cuz I saved some Ivy out...
Jbear made me a yule wish log: A slab of cedar, and hot glued on swirls of cedar bough and ivy and different greens, and ivy, then had awesome glitter, and a gass red jewel in the center...we wrote wishes on sraps of paper and tucked in within the boughs that were glued on the cedar slab. All went in to fire, and wishes go in the heavens, awesome !
