Yep we are making the same kind of bread. I love the fact that it only has 4 ingredients in it. I have been playing with the addition of whole wheat flour in it. I have gotten up to 5 cups out of the 13 that I use per batch. It has turned out exceeding well so far. I am also getting closer to a good sourdough flavor going on. I think it may have to do with keeping the dough in the garage refrigerator, and that as time goes by the yeast is slowly gathering with the wild yeast in the environment. Or I could be making more out of what is going on than there really is.
