I was thinking maybe some nutrients might have slightly higher concentrations in quail eggs than in chicken eggs, and then someone inflated the claims of things those nutrients might be involved in. If quail eggs really cured cancer, nobody would have it!

TA DA!! My broody hen hatched all 5 of her eggs. I have 3 BBS orps and 2 buff x splash orps they are so cute!!

So cute!!! Congrats on your baby Orps!!! I am so having chick withdrawls! I can't wait to have some of my own!!!!!! Enjoy the little fuzzy butts!

That is gorgeous !
But the one I did for my sone has the weaving on each corner, and I PM'd him and he is gonna take photos so I can show you all.
You will love it.
I still have the plastic patterns I cut out so you all can make it.

These kinds of wall hangings are way cool too...as you can display the quilt, it is smaller and so faster, and you can change them per seasons and holidays, AND remember, you only have so many beds.
In my case, I have too many big quilts...so start doing several as gifts per year...and never see them again

These were actually all queen or king size. The pics are on the design wall, mostly before they were completely assembled

I did a small a couple with intention of making it a wall hanging, but haven't found a place to really hang them yet. It was quite difficult and consuming to get the pieces all correct, but it was a good diversion from normal quilting --
