Well I have been on the run and am really not in a big hurry. I figure its unplugged and probably cant do anymore damage. the main thing I want is my photos. Someone was very kind and sent my a Digital image program but 1) I am not familiar with it yet and 2) it looks like it may be for photo and may not have the graphics/clipart. i am considering making it easy and just partition my HD then I could load XP and printmaster (I think) I know just enough to make me DANGEROUS !!!!

Seems like you should be able to report that, since he doesn't have privacy fencing...

They have. They put up arbovitas (sp?) to use as a privacy fence. There is a 6' allowance on privacy fences, but with the decks and his house sits just a hair higher then their's...it doesn't help. They have gone to the city board meeings....he was on the board. They ended up having to take photos (ick

), take notes, keep a record of all the doings of this whacko. He ended up getting kicked off the city board. I dont' remember all the outcome....but we just refer to him as the guy who BBQs nude.

Would it be so very wrong? or illegal? to hit him a few times front and back with a paint ball "bullet"?

broodytood what kind of bator do ya have. If by chance it is an LG I know that the farm store has a few parts. They are buried down on the bottom shelf in bins in the chicken isle. Also if it is a still air I think I have another fan we could put in. And it will just plug into the wall instead of all th hassle of the 12v ones that ya have to get a powersupply for. Just let me know.

Okay. I gotta put my two cents in on the cranky old lady bit. I used to be able to identify with comic strips Adam, and oh shoot, can't remember the others, need to add Forgetful to the Cranky bit, now, I so too much recognize Maxine in me.
I never thought I would be a cranky old Lady. Not ever.
I look about 15 years older than I did 7 years ago. Aagghhhh!!!
I would so like to be the spry loving 92 yr old lady that walks 4 miles a day and loves everybody...

I did go by dels. I got a turner and fan. I have a spot check by brinsea coming on tuesday. I have had it plugged in for two days and it seems to finally be settling down. I still get a weird spike in temp in the early a.m. So we ordered a special power strip that protects against surges and brownouts( whatever that is). I went to chookschicks cheat page for still air bators and did all she said which has gotten me this far. The kids and I are sooo excited to get started. I just don't want to fryany babies so I trying real hard to be patient. Thanks for the offer of the fan though. I'll keep ya posted.

I would have to take a guess that you are lucky and not dealing with the D .Cause tators, apples and carrots are some of the worst for messing with BG levels.

Nope just asthma and C. and just plain sore creaking body parts

Is it a Little Giant? If so have you checked the wafer? I bought mine used and it worked for a couple days and then just went nutz and I couldn't get it stable. I started checking and found that the wafer had sprung a leak and was no good. The farm store had one for $11. then the motor went bad in the turner so back to the farm store and they had 2. I bought em both cause I know they wont go bad on the shelf and they aren't going to get cheaper.

edited for spelling cause my big paws still don't fit a little key board.

Heck no, I have my own private small state here.
OK, a county.

and I am sooo happy I do not have to sit o my patio next to my $1200 koi pond, and listen to my neighbor's kids getting spanked and screamed at, or their love making, or their toilets flushing (and other potty noises) Seriously, their home, and all the windows open, was exactly 4 feet away from our backyard patio.
Why?
Cus their modular was installed in sidesways, so their back slider was smack at our backyard, the only way they could fit a home on the pie shaped parcel.
I left.
Even more wonderful was their collection of chihuahuas..they decided a day care and chihuahua farm was for them.
The yappy dogs would run up and down the aforementioned fence. No amount of pleading would keep this 'easement' space blocked off for our privacy..they had kids screaming & fighting, dog yapping & snarling at us while we sat on on patio.
They were entirely rude & unfair.
They went out of their way to go up & down the fence peeking and screaming kids , throwing rocks in our koi pond, through windows, and they insisted it was not them that through the rocks...

and dogs.

So much for my newly constructed art studio.

It was rude for them to expect us to just tolerate their noise and chicld care business, or their dog business.
For a while they had 8 or 10 chihuahuas and up to 16 toddlers in the yard there, 4 feet away.
The woman stayed in the house, and the kids would fight, over toys, dogs crying snapping & biting, kids tormenting dogs, garbage everywhere...crying kids, did I mention toddlers beating up 1 yr olds ?
Kids falling off the swing set, did I mention kids crying ?
Kids in pain ?
I cannot handle it.

And I could do nothing about it, and I did not want to be there anyway, why waste the last best years of my life having to put up with that applesauce?

OH my Heavenly Goodness!!!
I can't imagine... Eegads! I am running moments ahead of foreclosure here. Frightening as all get-out. Today my son's fiance asked me if I would ever consider moving to Seattle??? You know? I think I would rather swallow the business end of a pistol... I haven't done the city since I was 21... 42 years ago. I just don't think I could make the transition. I live on 5 acres and my neighbors are just about too close.
But having such rude people crammed up your patooti... Yikes, I can't imagine.

Oh gosh. I was just sitting here cogitating on what I wrote and I want to apologize for what I said. About the pistol. I am sorry for putting it that way. I guess I was just trying to underline how hard it would be for me to consider living in the city.

It is an LG but if I'm not mistaken it has no wafer. It has more of an electronic panel of sorts. Green plastic with little components sauterd(sp) to it.
As far as big paws go, you should see my stubby chubbies. Im Irish and not what you would call dainty. I asked for slippers for Christmas, I got an I-phone instead. ( DH is a geek remember that's a term of endearment) very thoughtful of him but these little buttons give me fits. Although, sad as it may seem, I can BYC anywhere with this thing. And it's alot easier to pack to bed than a pc.
