Our first pure bred springer, my baby, was Sadie. We called her Sadie Bug. We lost her last fall after 13 faithful years. Whenever I was outside, she was always right on my heels askin, "What can I do for you Mom?" Needless to say, I love the name Sadie.

That is SO funny! My name is actually Dana, but when I was 14, 15 years old I used to hang around with several boys in the neighborhood who used to call me "Sadie." Can't remember how it started, a song or movie - something. But since my middle name is Sue, they tacked that on and it just stuck. No one calls me that anymore, but Sadie Sue is still my alter ego...

I had them hold the eggs there because our carrier is notoriously late in the afternoon and I didn't want them in her car all day long. My DH got to take the day off so he digging out the car to go get them for me! Such a great guy!

I kind of met a couple people last time, but I always end up running around like a chicken with it's head cut off helping and talking to people, looking at birds, etc. I'll be around.
