Well Jeanine, I just spent several minutes perusing the auction site where I have no business being, and I saw your latest offering for SF eggs. You realize it's auctions like yours that make it difficult for some folks to resist buying an incubator and get into more trouble don't you? Just sayin'. Beautiful birds of yours...
She had me drooling too..OH my, I have too many breeds already!!
She is a mean, mean, mean one !!
DO NOT go look at Cloverleaf's eggs and photos on the egg auction, you will fall for those birds !!!
Oh course now you all will go straight there, won't you ??

I am soooooooo tempted but just don't have room! If I ever get my chicken barn these are first on the list of must haves!!! Good luck with the auction Clover Leaf!!​

I haven't done our forms yet. I told the girls on Sunday we have to go out and band the birds going. I don't know if I have bands big enough for some of the bigger birds. Last time I went to Monroe Farm & Feed I bought all the biggest loose bandette's they had which I think were only size 9's. Does anyone have any spare size 12's? I think those are the biggest? Or bigger? Please PM me if you are willing to sell me a few!!! I probably need 4-6 of them.​

Hey guys! First post in the Washingtonian section! I live 10-20 minutes north of the heart of Seattle. Started my urban farm about a year ago, sneaking some craigslist chickens into my yard (without asking my parents

) Now I'm up to 7 big beautiful hens, brooding three chicks in my room and about to hatch a bunch of quail eggs. 8 of which should hatch tonight or tomorrow. I'm addicted

Good news on my Mille Cochin hatch. My Ricky and Lucy who were taken by coyotes a few weeks back have some chillun! Since their passing I have only hatched mottled splits (Ricky dad and mottled moms all taken) But yesterday I hatched 3 blond fuzzy butt chipmunks. They can only be from Lucy who is a Mille. So happy to continue with their offspring!

YEAH!!! So glad you had some chickees hatch from them!!!
