Good luck but I hate to be the bearer of bad news ..... The beeswax lip balm won't help them get out of the shell and they don't take money for bribes either.

The lip balm is for me cause I know with my lips plastered up against the bator window for 21 days they are gonna get chapped. The 5 bucks is the start of my chicken fund cause I have a feeling "You can't hatch just one!" Any sponsors out there?!!! Huh.. Huh.. going once ...

I'm thinking of tossing a few organic Costco eggs into my bator and seeing if it will hatch...except I'm afraid of chickens. Anybody out there wants a few costco chicks if they actually hatch??
They are brown eggs.

Brown chickens?

Yes, but they will have soft chicken lips.

Ooh, Has anyone tried "CHICKEN POOP" lip balm??

It is nummy. Got it at Dels as a gag gift for my son, but it is in my pocket now.

I got some too! Best thing is I always know where it is because the kids won't steal it; they think it contains Poo!

Sound like a fun experiment! If you need a home, let me know. The only hard to love chicken is a naked chicken.

That's one way to find out what kind of chickens costco uses.
They must be good layers and I would take up to 4.
Kind of fun to find out. If there is someone else that might want a few you could give it a try. I wouldn't want just one or two.
It would be to much of a worring game for me. 5 seems like almost too much, so put me down for "4"
Always try to help the cause.

I looked through all my pics and don't have a single one with the butterfly bush in them ... they look very similar to the one you posted, but a little lighter. They pop up everywhere!

I couldn't even find a photo of the foxglove that I don't like ... I know I had some but must have lost them in one of my 3 hard-drive crashes. (and I don't back anything up!)

I did find one where they look nice. Funny, every time I walk around my garden, all I see is the weeds, but looking back at old photos, my garden looks nice .... maybe that means my garden is getting messier and messier every year, so comparatively, the old photos are nice.

I also found a fun photo of DD and her friend a few years back ... beautiful, warm summer day: (you can see one of the nasty plants pre-bloom at the right of the photo)
