Very Cool!!! Awesome Birds I just love them.I used to raise some years ago but my 2yr.old(now 14yrs.) decided to open the cages and let them out while I was cleaning the chicken coop. I would love to get back into raising them only I just dont have the space. And your video skills looked great to me.
Thanks for sharing.

Yah! I even had someone watch it! That all makes it worth it.
Extra special thanks to ya for the compliment TBB!

I went and looked too. Beautiful birds.

Hey, I think someone posted photos of naked chickens once. Anyone?

They may be brown eggs, but are they fertilized?

It has the polks dot in the yolk.
We'll see if it is fertilized.

very cool. Let us know how it goes.

I wanted a bell too...nothing even has to be cut into it...just sound pretty. More like a wind chime. My mother would love one for her bday (soon).

I don't normally cut into them I make a cut out that hangs under to catch the wind and make thenm ring. Yes basically like a wind chime. But tonight I got a request for one with an elk cut into it. So Will see how that goes.
So Teresa how many are you ordering?

and do you also need the OPTIONAL wall mount bracket. It is extra of course and $ depends on how fancy you want. Not that I can do anything very fancy anyway.

Sounds perfect. My mother loves pigs. Or a nice flower would work too. Unfortunately, I can only order 1 at this time.....Would love to order in purple, but my mother hates purple, and since it would be a present for her, I guess I had better be nice. Don't need fancy and a bracket would be nice. You can PM me or put on here or email me....the PM stuff doesn't always seem to work. And I don't care if anyone on BYC knows I am ordering one....who knows, this may bring you more business. I know that my mother would love it.

Well, it looks like I am the big winner/loser tonight. No one else is on. I guess it is time for me to go to bed and watch some of my DVRd shows from the past week.

I am right now working 6 days at the Vet office. I am now working more the front desk, but I still get to help in the back too. The front desk job came up and it offered me more hours and better hours for me to get home for family....but they will let me continue to help in the back too. Our poor doctor felt like Dr. Death this past week as so many euthanasias. People have a tendency to wait until after the holidays to do the inevitable....keep the pet with the family during the holiday thing....then the pet holds on for a bit more or rebounds...just to be worse later. She was feeling pretty down. Things looked up today with all happy pets. Need the highs to keep the lows from getting you down.

It is funny, I am stilling doing the real estate too, infact just got an accepted offer on a house. The broker told me that I would never be able to juggle both....jerk. I have a co-agent who is getting her broker's license and is opening her own office soon....she wants me to go and work with her...she does not mind if I only do part time. I am so there. Makes me angry when people tell me I can't. (can't as in I will never be able to work that hard or I can't do that because I am working another job or I am too old, blah-blah-blah). Well.....

It was CL who posted the photos, but I have done it myself too. My DH had a big hole "bit" for his drill motor. It cuts a drill size hole in the middle then has a hole that it cuts at the same time. I don't know what to call it other than a "hole driller" for his drill motor.

"holesaw" is the implament that you fasten to the drill motor.
You can get them in verious sizes. 1"-6" and everything in between. Maybe even bigger?
I'd like to see a pix of one of these feeders, please if anyone has one uploaded.
Mike

Yeah me too! I would love to see photos again. I don't want to spend a whole day looking back in the posts for it. CL was that you who posted the pic? How high should I put the holes?
