That is really cool. DH was not so impressed - he just can't do it. I thought that was the best thing. I would love to do it. It would be a messy stinky day...but I would have a freezer of home-grown meat. I wonder how they made the plucker?

I have plan someplace. I will see if I can find them.

Can I have DS insurance elsewhere and leave ours with MOE? We have absolutely everything there and I am just lazy and really don't want to hassel with changing, but I think I should go and check out others

I tried that at first. The expense is way more.
Once you do it and you are saving money you won't look at the time spent so bad.

I like sticking with one company also but times have changed.
Corporations and loyalty don't go together anymore.
All about the $$$ for them so I had to adjust my way of thinking also or pay ridiculous amount which made no sense.

Hard to be from the old school where most people I don't even write up a contract.
We agree to the job amount and they pay me when I'm done.

But I've had to change as people started to change.​

You are so right Greg..... You do have to shop around, plus for DH it was important to him to have good service. When my son was in high school, he did not have the best driving record, my insurance was going to go sky high and I asked the same question about different insurance. They said I would have to prove that he didnt live with me to be able to take him off. So we had one of his bills sent to his brothers home and used that to show he didnt live with me. Kind of sneaky but I liked my insurance. Then since it was his fault for having a bad driving record he had to get his own insurance and pay for it himself. I was a single mother and couldnt afford that extra expense.

Now he has a good driving record.....

The hutches, for anyone who wanted to see them.. it seems to be working great...

The hutch that houses a Serama Pair

Voltron and Cleo.. you can't see it, but they also have a dust bath for their enjoyment.. The sod is freshened ~ as needed..

The hutch not in use at the moment, made by a cute little boy, hence.. the hutch will need to be put up on cement blocks so I don't wack my forehead on the roof!

I have a crappy computer chair and it hurts to sit in it for very long. So, I'm going to try and just keep up from here.

I will not be working for awhile. My Dr and I are submitting the paperwork for my short-term leave this week.

Until we figure out what exactly is going on we think that it is better for me to stay down and not get behind the wheel of a school bus.

Yeah, my mom went to get her "broken into" car rekeyed after it was towed to a body shop.
It was going to be out of pocket and the shop quoted her $100 and when we went to pick up the car, it was $400+++
I should be illegal to do that to folks...especially senior citizens and on top of that, she was quoted a higher price because it was out of pocket.

You see, she was not a big ins company. Should that matter??
